Hours: 5:30 PM–8:00 AM weekdays, all day weekends and public holidays.

Monthly Fee: £125 + VAT, payable in advance via Direct Debit on a rolling 30-day basis.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Hours and Use Restrictions:

Parking spaces are unavailable Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Permits allow access only during specified hours and do not guarantee exclusive use of a specific space.

2. CCTV Coverage and Security:

The car park is monitored by CCTV for deterrence purposes only. The owner is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings.

3. Permit Validity:

Permits may be shared between multiple vehicles but can only be used by one vehicle at a time during permitted hours. Misuse may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Termination of Agreement:

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the fee once payment is made.

5. Payments:

Fees are collected monthly in advance via Direct Debit using GoCardless. Failed payments may result in permit suspension until the balance is cleared.

6. User Responsibilities:

Vehicles must be parked correctly within marked bays and must not obstruct access routes. Users must adhere to signage and regulations.

7. Liability:

Parking is at the user’s sole risk. The owner is not liable for loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties, weather, or other events.

8. Indemnity:

The user indemnifies the owner against claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from use or misuse of the car park.

9. Breach of Terms:

Non-compliance may result in permit cancellation without refund and vehicle removal at the owner’s discretion.

10. Amendments:

The owner may amend these terms with 30 days’ notice.
